At cehv13.us, all products offered—including official EC-Council certification vouchers, iLabs access, practice exam simulators, and online training courses—are 100% digital. We do not ship physical packages, manuals, or hardware.

1. Global Availability (Worldwide Access)

Our services and products are available to candidates worldwide, not limited to the United States. No matter where you are located, you can purchase, access learning materials, and complete your certification path seamlessly online.

  • Global Online Learning: Access practice portals, lab environments, and video courses from any country with an internet connection.

  • Global Online Exams via RPS: Official EC-Council exams are administered online through the Remote Proctor Service (RPS) platform (or ProctorU/Examity where applicable). You can schedule and take your official certification exam from the comfort of your home or office, anywhere in the world.

2. Delivery Method & Fulfillment Timelines

Since all orders consist of digital access credentials and license keys, delivery is fulfilled electronically via email:

  • Supplementary Prep Tools & Access Codes: Delivered within 1 to 6 hours (and no later than 24 hours) after payment confirmation.

  • Official EC-Council Vouchers & iLabs Credentials: Processed and dispatched within 12 to 24 business hours following verification.

Important: Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout and check your Spam/Junk folder if you do not receive your access codes within the expected timeframe.

3. Official Certification & ATC Accreditation

All official EC-Council training packages and eCourseware purchased through cehv13.us qualify candidates for the official Certificate of Attendance (COA) upon course completion.

  • Authorized Partner: Training and official courseware delivery are conducted under the accreditation of IICT, an official EC-Council Authorized Training Center (ATC).

  • Global Recognition: The COA issued through our ATC partnership is recognized globally by EC-Council and satisfies the official training requirement for certification eligibility worldwide.
